Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Santa Rosa, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Overview
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Locals accepted within 50 miles

- Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant Registered Nurse experience

Background & Compliance Requirements
- 7-year background check including SSN trace, county searches, sex offender search, education verification, motor vehicle report (for driving roles), and FACIS Level 3 screening
- Drug screening: Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months (excluding marijuana/cannabinoids per CA law)
- Employment history verification: Full 7 years of work history with no gaps over 30 days; verification required
- Professional references: 2 professional references within 3 years (Aya requirement)
- Education verification: Highest level of education verified; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Physical exam: Required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask test: Required within 1 year, renewed annually (exceptions apply)
- Immunizations and health screenings:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 90 days, renewed annually
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) immunity or vaccination
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination
- Varicella immunity or vaccination
- Seasonal flu vaccination during flu season (Nov-April) or signed declination
- Respiratory safety clearance: Required and renewed annually (exceptions apply)
- Compliance with facility-specific documents including job description review, standards of business conduct, code of conduct, vendor training, and others prior to start
