Job Opportunity: CT Tech - Radiology
Location: Austin, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Full-time CT Technologist position with call requirements (rotating call).
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Unit has 465 beds and 16 staff members.
- Patient ratio is 1:1.
- Equipment used includes GE and Siemens CT scanners.
- EMR systems: Meditech and Fuji PACS.
- Permanent positions available on the unit.
Typical Procedures
- Bone Marrow Biopsy
- Cryoablations
- Microwave Ablations
- CTA Coronary/Pulmonary
- Liver Biopsy
- General Orthopedic, body, and neuro scans
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R)(CT) Certification
- Radiology Tech License (specific to CT Tech)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital experience
- Procedural experience
Additional Information
- Dress code: Olive green scrub top and black scrub pants.
- Best personality fit: Collaborative and team player, flexible.
- Call is required and rotating.
