Description
Job Opportunity: CT Technologist
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Evenings (11pm - 7:30am), must be able to work holidays as needed

- Hepatitis B vaccination series proof (titers not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine (seasonal, proof or declination required)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive (within last year for CT)
- Varicella vaccination proof
- Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year)
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start)
- Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)

- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years, SSN verification)
- Education Verification (highest level of academic education)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
- GSA/OIG Exclusion check
- Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within a year)
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check
- System Access Form (must be completed and uploaded one week before start)
- OFAC Sanctions Search (within 30 days of start)
Additional Notes
- All required forms and documentation must be uploaded to the system prior to onboarding
- Positive TB test requires chest x-ray within last year for Connecticut
- Must be fit to work as certified by a recent physical exam
- Drug screen panel excludes THC
