Experience Requirements

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty required
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required

Certifications Required

• New Jersey State License
• ARRT (R) (MR)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Additional Certifications (may be required depending on role)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• State License Verification (Primary Source)
• NURSYS Verification (for applicable professions)

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• I9 form
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID
• E-Verify
• Background Checks including 7-year criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG
• Education Verification (Official Transcript acceptable)
• Physical Exam within 2 months of start
• Fit Mask Test (3M 1870+ model) within 12 months prior to start
• Immunizations and Health Documents:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (current)
  • Negative TB test (Qgold or TSPOT within 90 days) or Chest X-Ray if positive
  • Annual TB Questionnaire
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 vaccines or positive titer)
  • Hepatitis B (series, titer, or declination)
  • Varicella (2 vaccines or positive titer)
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccination or approved exemption (required during flu season)
• Drug Testing: 10 Panel Drug Screen within 60 days prior to start
• COVID-19 Vaccination: No longer required prior to start; medical/religious exemptions accepted with masking requirements; booster preferred but not required

Orientation & Training

• Completion of facility-specific education modules (~6 hours) prior to orientation
• Pass/Fail Basic Dysrhythmia Exam during orientation (one attempt only)
• Signed acknowledgements for safety manual and pass/fail testing

Other Requirements

• References: 2 professional references within 2 years
• Work History Verification: Minimum 1 year prior to start verified (NJ candidates)
• Potential fingerprinting and child abuse clearances if working in Pennsylvania facilities or with minors (not applicable for all roles)

Notes

• Return to Office (RTO) required upon submission
• No on-call duties
• Floating to other campuses may be required

This position is ideal for MRI Technologists with at least 1 year of experience who are comfortable working in a travel/contract role with flexible weekend and holiday coverage. First-time travelers are welcome.
