- Unit: Geriatric Psychiatric
- Setting: Adult inpatient area
- Number of Beds: 9
- Staffing:
- Day Shift: 2 RNs, 2 Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Sitters as assigned
- Night Shift: 1 RN, 2 BHTs, Sitters as assigned
- Patient Ratios: 5-9 patients per nurse
- Typical Equipment: Vital signs machine, Hoyer lift, glucometer, IVs, bladder scanner, bed alarms, chair alarms, crash cart
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Job Requirements
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
- Licenses: Registered Nurse License
