Job Opportunity: RN - Telemetry (Travel)

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Unit Information

Unit: Acute Care Specialty Unit (60910)
Number of Beds: 29
Staffing:
- Day Shift: 5 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs
- Night Shift: 5 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs
Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6 (not guaranteed)
Equipment: PCA Pumps, IV Pumps
EMR System: Meditech

Required Certifications & Licenses

Registered Nurse License
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIH Certification

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the RN specialty

Skills & Procedures

Must have: BLS certification
Typical procedures: Central lines, Medication drips

Strong critical thinking skills

Additional Notes

The unit is competitive and values candidates with the preferred certifications and skills.
Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM (Night Shift)
