Location: La Mesa, California

Job Description

Provide clinical care to patients and their families, focusing on individualized, holistic, and therapeutic goals.
Perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of safe and efficient patient care.
Promote quality outcomes in all aspects of care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members or seek additional resources for managing complex or high-risk clinical situations.
Act as a patient and family advocate to ensure excellent and satisfying care.

Requirements
