Job Details
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating shifts
- Specialty: Labor and Delivery Nursing (LDRP)

- Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
- Background checks including criminal, CORI, SSN trace, sex offender, and exclusion checks
- Completion of FEMA ICS 100 Training prior to onboarding
- Submission of 2 recent references (minimum 1 supervisor or above)
- Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required
