Job Opportunity: Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist

Location: Denver, Colorado
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced

Job Summary

Provide technical support in the cardiac catheterization laboratory during invasive cardiovascular procedures.
Assist physicians in radiological imaging of cardiac and vascular procedures and act as scrub assistant while maintaining sterile conditions.
Operate imaging equipment and monitor/document procedure images and events from the control room.
Provide patient care under RN supervision.
Educate patients and families about the procedure, expectations, and pre/post procedure physical conditions.
Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate stock levels for complex interventions and diagnostic procedures.
Complete daily, progress, and discharge documentation according to departmental standards.
Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and potential safety hazards.
Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization and adhere to service behavior standards.

Contract Length

Approximately 13 weeks (89 days rounded to nearest week)

Experience Requirements

Preferred: 2 years of experience in Cardiology/Cath Lab
