Physical Therapist - Minnesota (Tracy)

Job Overview

Job Description

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment in outpatient, inpatient, and home care settings.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA).
• No long-term care (LTC) responsibilities.
• Use equipment such as EPIC Computer Charting, Ultrasound, Estim, and Tractium Ionto.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some flexibility.
• Minimal weekend and holiday coverage required, rotating with staff.
• 8-hour shifts.

Work Environment

• Outpatient department with wellness center.
• 15-bed hospital.
• May float within therapy departments and to other locations including Tracy, Sanford Westbrook, and Murray County Medical Center (Slayton).

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation.
• Licenses/Certifications:

  • Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) License
  • BLS Certification
  • Minnesota Background Study clearance

Additional Information

• Scrubs or business casual attire required (Polo shirts in Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, or Chocolate Brown).
• Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility.
• Training provided for EPIC charting as needed.
• Manager available at all times for support.
• Local placements within an 80-mile radius.
