Job Opportunity: CT Tech - Radiology
Location: Missoula, Montana
Employment Type: Travel
Job Summary
Join a leading healthcare organization in western Montana, a Joint Commission Accredited teaching hospital with a Level 3 NICU and an Accredited Chest Pain Center. This position is based in the Diagnostic Imaging department and involves providing CT scans and X-rays during night shifts.
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Night shift
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend hours required
- No call requirements
Unit Information
- Department: Diagnostic Imaging - CT
- Number of Beds: 150
- Patient Population: Neonatal to geriatric, inpatient and emergency department patients
- Equipment: GE Revolution CT, GE and Carestream portable X-ray units, GE Proteus X-ray room
- Electronic Health Records: Cerner, Intellispace PACS
Required Qualifications
- License/Certifications:
- ARRT(CT)(R) certification
- Montana RT(R) license
- BLS certification
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience
- Minimum 2 years of X-ray experience
- Education:
- Associate’s degree required

- Float requirements: None
- Dress code: Scrub color is flexible; printed scrub bottoms are not allowed
- Personality fit: Independent and self-motivated
- Preferred experience with Cerner EHR system
Summary
This is a travel CT Tech position requiring a minimum of 2 years of CT and X-ray experience, appropriate certifications, and the ability to work independently on night shifts in a busy, accredited hospital setting.
