Job Opportunity: Cardiovascular Cath Lab RN

Location: Rio Rancho, New Mexico
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks (89 days ≈ 13 weeks)


Job Summary

  • Perform assessments according to unit standards and document appropriately.
  • Initiate, utilize, and document protocols and standards of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or protocols.
  • Perform competently in emergency situations.
  • Assist with procedures, treatments, surgical techniques, or delegate to other healthcare team members.
  • Maintain professional responsibility for nursing structure and clinical standards of care.
  • Floating between departments or local locations within 20 miles is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of current experience in Cardiovascular Cath Lab nursing specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment (prior travel experience required).
  • Ability to work as a team player, be flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid RN license appropriate for Cardiovascular Cath Lab nursing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EPIC electronic health records preferred but not required (training available on-site).
