Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Dual)

Location: Tuba City, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on inpatient and outpatient basis.
Operate Computerized Axial Tomography (CT) equipment.
Work involves areas including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and ENT.
Responsible for technical operation of CT and X-Ray equipment, including teleradiology and fax equipment.

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in CT.
Minimum 2 years experience in X-Ray.
Completed radiology training from an AMA-approved school of Radiology.

Required Licenses and Certifications

Current valid Arizona State Radiology License.
Current ARRT Certification in Radiology with advanced qualifications in CT Scan (RT)(CT).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Equipment Used

GE CT scanners (Optima and Revolution).
GE X-ray equipment.

Additional Information

Orientation occurs every 2 weeks.
COVID & Flu vaccination exemptions may be accepted after submission of a declination form.
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
