Job Opportunity: Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist (Days)

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with First Assist Operating Room experience for a temporary assignment in a surgical ambulatory setting. The unit has 8 beds and requires working 8-hour shifts with no shift accommodations.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• License: Active Massachusetts RN license (must be uploaded with profile)
• Certifications:

  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse)
• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of current First Assist Operating Room experience
• Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree required
• Additional Requirements:

  • Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Must provide 2 specific interview dates/times (no "anytime")
  • Must include permanent address in profile (travelers residing within 50 miles of facility will not be considered)
  • No more than 5 days of requested time off allowed during assignment; all time off requests must be submitted upfront and approved before offer
  • 8 hours of non-billable orientation required

Work Conditions

• 8-hour shifts only (no shift accommodations)
• Call: 4/hour call-back
• Dress code: Facility-provided scrubs
• Unit size: 8 beds
