Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Franklin, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday to Friday
• Typical Hours: Majority 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, occasional 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM shifts
• Call & Weekends: None
• Holidays: Rotate with existing staff
• Floating: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Preferred Experience: GE scanner experience, EPIC system familiarity

Required Qualifications

• License: Current Wisconsin state license for CT Technologist at time of submission
• Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA certified)
  • ARRT CT certification
• Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum 2 years in specialty (default for CT Technologist unless otherwise specified)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

• Professional resume/profile and at least two professional references
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start
• Ascension Core Competencies (HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA, etc.) completed within a year and updated every 3 years
• Health and immunization documentation including:

  • MMR (two vaccines or positive titer, no declinations)
  • Varicella (two vaccines or immunity evidence, no declinations)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
  • Influenza vaccine during flu season (mask required if declined)
  • Tdap (valid within 10 years, no declinations)
  • TB testing (2-step PPD or IGRA, chest X-ray if positive, annual questionnaire)
  • Fit test for respiratory protection (preferred before start, can be done onsite)
• Drug screening: 12-panel drug test within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Criminal background check including Social Security trace, OIG search, National Sex Offender registry, and others within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Employment and education verifications within 90 days of start, updated annually
• Driver’s license or state ID (valid, matching address requirements)
• Ascension badge photo (forward-facing headshot with white or blue background)

Additional Notes

• No call or weekend shifts required
• Holiday coverage rotates with staff
• Floating to nearby sites may be required based on skill set
• GE scanner experience preferred but not mandatory
• EPIC system experience preferred

This position is suitable for CT Technologists licensed in Wisconsin with ARRT certification and BLS, seeking a long-term assignment with a stable weekday schedule and no weekend or call responsibilities.
