Location: Richland, Washington

Job Details
- Position does not float between units
- Some on-call required

- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - Current certification by AAP, AHA, or Canadian Paediatric Society
- Other certifications may be required based on clinical track (e.g., Chemotherapy, EFM, IV Certification, CPI, NIH Stroke Certification) - verify per clinical track
- State license verification and NURSYS verification required as applicable
Required Background & Compliance Checks
- Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start, updated monthly
- Education verification required for all candidates
- State-specific searches for Washington (WSP/WATCH) and OBRA Registry for CNAs if applicable
- Drug screening: 10 panel within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
- References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year employment within last 3 years (6 months for CNAs)
- Employment application covering at least last 5 years (7 years for APN/Subcontractors)
- Skills checklists and competency exams as applicable
Health & Safety Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Fit mask test required annually (3M 1860, 1860S, 1870+ masks accepted; regional variations apply)
- Immunizations/vaccinations required or declination forms accepted:
- TDAP (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (annual update required)
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - 2 vaccines or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
- Varicella - 2 vaccines or positive titer
- Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Respiratory safety clearance required annually for travel candidates
Training & Competency Modules
- Completion of Providence WorkRamp modules required annually, including:
- Regulatory requirements (RN/LVN and Non-RN pathways)
- Specialty-specific modules for ER, L&D, Leadership, Hospice/Home Health/Assisted Living as applicable
- Regional and facility-specific modules based on assignment location
- Epic access training modules required for certain regions (e.g., Spokane, Oregon, SoCal)
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
- Color blind testing if required by unit
- Competency exams including fetal monitoring for L&D RNs if applicable
Additional Notes
- Float policy acknowledgement required; may be required to float to other Providence facilities within reasonable distance
- Passport-style badge photo required for badge issuance
- Some facility-specific forms and attestations may be required based on assignment location
- Background and credentialing documents must be current and compliant prior to start

- Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
