Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Position Details

Shift: One day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Shifts: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None

Unit: Emergency Department
Number of Beds: 32
Patient Ratios: 1:4 standard; higher ratio for low acuity patients
Patient Types: Medical, injured, mental health patients across the lifespan
Equipment: Level I fluid warmer
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Information

No float requirements
Dress code: Navy scrubs; follow facility dress code guidelines
Onboarding includes assigned education modules prior to first day
Reporting location: Hospital through South Entrance
