Description

CT Technologist - Radiology

Location: Tooele, Utah
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Night shift schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (with some variation)
No on-call duties
Operate Siemens Definition AS and Force CT scanners, GE and Philips X-ray systems
Provide timely diagnostic services to inpatients and outpatients under Radiologist direction and departmental protocols
Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Utah
Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
