Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Nurse
Location: Santa Rosa, California

Job Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (Labor and Delivery)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in specialty
- First-time Travelers: Not accepted
- Shift Options: 4x12 shifts available upon request
- Patient Ratios: 1:3
- Orientation: 36 hours
- Float Requirement: Yes, may need to float between like units
- Locals: Not accepted
- Pending License: Not accepted
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
Required Certifications
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- AWHONN Intermediate
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
- Postpartum experience
- ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Scheduling and Work Environment
- No block scheduling
- May be required to float to other similar units within reasonable distance
- Scrub colors: Royal Blue or Navy Blue for RNs
- Orientation and training modules required prior to start, including specialty-specific and regulatory modules
Additional Notes
- Candidates must complete required WorkRamp training modules annually, including specialty-specific and regional modules
- Epic access training and transcripts required for clinical staff
- Background checks and education verifications are mandatory and must be current
- Physical exam must indicate ability to work with or without accommodation
- Drug screens must be negative and THC/marijuana may be excluded depending on state requirements
- Candidates must comply with all state-specific licensing and background requirements
