Registered Nurse - Case Management

Location: Margate, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

0800 to 1630, Monday through Friday
Every other weekend

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 289
Total Staff: 23 (Full-time and PRN)
Staff Mix: Registered Nurses and Social Workers
- Day Shift: 10-13 staff (RN/SW mix)
- Night Shift: None
Patient Ratios:
- RN: 1:25
- Social Worker: 1:40
Documentation Systems: Meditech, Midas, Wellsky
Call Requirements: None

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
BLS Certification

Preferred Attributes

Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude with a teamwork approach
Adaptable and reliable
Strong communication and time management skills
