Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Call Requirement: Approximately 2 shifts per month
• Patient Ratio: 1:3
• Work Environment: Very busy hospital setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• ARRT CT (Computed Tomography) certification
• ARRT R (Radiologic Technologist) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License/State ID
• Background checks including national, state, county, and sex offender registry
• Education verification with official transcript or diploma
• Primary source verification of certifications and state license within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• Drug screening within 30 days of start
• Immunizations and health documentation including:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray (updated annually)
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or immunity proof
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination
  • Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (mask required if exempt)

Additional Certifications (as applicable)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA or RQI acceptable
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – AHA or RQI acceptable
• Other competency exams and safety acknowledgments as required by facility

• This position requires the candidate to have prior travel experience; first-time travelers will not be considered.
• The role involves night shifts and some on-call responsibilities.
