CT Tech Travel Opportunity

Location: Weatherford, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days with 30-minute lunch
Hours per Week: 36
Weekend Work: Variable
Call Requirements: Yes

Unit & Work Environment

• Unit: CT
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Floating Policy: As needed
• Imaging Equipment Experience Preferred:

  • GE 32 slice Rev EVO and Toshiba 32 slice scanners
  • 4 GE imaging rooms (including 1 FF Digital, 2 retrofitted with Carestream digital)
  • 3 digital portables (2 GE, 1 Carestream)
  • 5 GE C-Arms
  • GE PACS and Meditech RIS experience preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT CT Certification
• BLS Certification
• Radiology Technologist License
• Experience with GE Healthcare equipment

Procedures & Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and required X-Rays related to CT procedures

Dress Code & Appearance Guidelines

• Scrubs: Facility does not provide scrubs; gray or solid-colored scrubs preferred
• Nails: Clean and healthy; no artificial, gel, or next-gen nails
• Hair: Neat, clean, no extreme styles or colors; must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab
• Facial Hair: Must be clean and neatly trimmed
• Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible; exceptions addressed individually
• Piercings: Only ear piercings allowed; no visible nose, tongue, or other piercings

Additional Policies

• Attendance: Company-wide attendance policy applies
• Floating: May be required as needed

This position is ideal for a CT Technologist with solid experience on GE and Toshiba scanners, comfortable working variable weekends and call shifts, and who meets all licensing and certification requirements.
