Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Los Angeles, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Home Health Physical Therapist position.
Home Health experience preferred; if no Home Health experience, Outpatient experience is required as a minimum.
Experience with OASIS documentation is required; candidates without OASIS experience may be considered if they have solid Home Health experience.
Hours are based on completed visits (e.g., 25 visits = 40 hours).
COVID exemptions permitted.
Mileage between patients reimbursed at IRS standard rates.
Accepting candidates with pending California license if application has been submitted.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California (pending license acceptable if application submitted).
Experience in an Outpatient setting; Outpatient experience required if no Home Health experience.
Experience with OASIS documentation.
