Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri

Job Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Call: Approximately 2 shifts per month required
• Patient Ratio: 1:3
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in specialty
• Prior Travel Experience: Not open to first-time travelers (prior travel experience required)
• Preferred Experience: GE Revolution Scanner, IV Tera Recon, AW, Vision, and i-STAT experience highly preferred

Required Certifications & Licenses

• ARRT CT (Computed Tomography)
• ARRT Radiography (R)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (R)
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with IV Tera Recon, AW, Vision, and i-STAT technologies
• Ability to work a busy hospital environment
• Call availability approximately 2 shifts per month

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license or ID
• Background checks including national criminal, state, county, SSN trace, sex offender, and federal exclusions
• Education verification (official transcript or diploma with graduation date)
• Primary source verification of certifications and state license within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• Drug screening within 30 days of start
• Immunizations and health screenings including:

  • Negative TB test or chest x-ray (with follow-up if positive)
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or immunity documentation
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination
  • Varicella vaccination or immunity documentation
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (mask required if exempt)
• Fit mask testing completed onsite
• Professional references (2) within 3 years of start
• Employment application and skills checklist
• Missouri state-specific license verification and searches

Additional Notes

• This is a very busy hospital setting requiring strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently.
• Call shifts are mandatory and require flexibility.
• Candidates must be prepared to complete facility-specific orientation and competency exams, including dysrhythmia/EKG testing as applicable.
• Annual safety and compliance training and acknowledgments are required.
