Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: Ventura, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide home health nursing care with a focus on geriatric patients.
Work schedule varies: Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday.
Hours are based on completed patient visits (25 visits = 40 hours).
COVID vaccination exemptions permitted.
Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience within the last year.
Experience working with geriatric patients in a home health setting.
Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM).
Experience with OASIS documentation.
