Surgical Tech - CVOR

Location: New Jersey
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, with 2-3 call shifts per 6-week schedule

Job Description

• Certified Surgical Technician (NBSTSA) required
• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience
• Experience scrubbing open heart surgery cases
• Cardiovascular (CV) experience at a Level 1 Trauma facility required

Required Qualifications

• CVOR Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
• Certified Surgical Technician (NBSTSA)
• Active New Jersey Surgical Technologist license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience scrubbing open heart surgery cases
• Cardiovascular (CV) experience at a Level 1 Trauma facility
• Must meet all standard healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements, including but not limited to: background check, drug screen, immunizations (COVID-19 plus booster, Hepatitis B, MMR, Influenza, Tdap, Varicella), physical exam, and competency exams

• Must be able to pass agency credential verification and all mandatory trainings
