Description

Registered Nurse - Rehab (Travel)

Location: Natchez, Mississippi
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Flexible (may cover both day shift 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and night shift 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM as needed)
Weekly Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week

Job Description

Provide nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Must be able to manage 6-8 patient assignments.
Previous experience working as a Charge Nurse is required.
Must be willing to work both day and night shifts as needed.
Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical or Rehabilitation nursing
At least 2 years of experience in a Rehabilitation setting, including experience within the last year
Experience working in Charge Nurse roles
Experience managing 6-8 patient assignments
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Flexible scheduling to cover shifts as needed.

This opportunity is suitable for experienced RNs with a background in Med-Surg or Rehab nursing who are comfortable working varied shifts and managing multiple patients in a fast-paced rehab environment.
