    Required Documents and Compliance

    • Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
    • 10 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
    • Immunizations and health screenings:
      • TDAP (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis) within 10 years or declination
      • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
      • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
      • Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
      • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
      • Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
      • COVID vaccine or declination
    • Respirator clearance (RespSafety) required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024
    • Background check within 45 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
    • Education verification (nursing degree)
    • Employment application covering last 5 years
    • Minimum of 2 professional references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting
    • Skills checklist updated annually (if applicable)

    Training and Competency Requirements

    • Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
    • Unit-specific competency exams (e.g., Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring for L&D RNs)
    • Color blindness testing if required by unit
    • Annual regulatory and specialty-specific modules via LMS platform (WorkRamp)
    • Epic system training modules (if applicable)

    Additional Information

    • No weekend or holiday shifts required
    • Scrub color provided
    • Float policy acknowledgment required (may be asked to float to nearby facilities)
    • Fit mask testing required annually (onsite or valid record accepted)
    • Modules and training must be completed prior to start or as specified
