Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Glendive, Montana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology (CT/X-Ray Combo)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, with rotating holidays, weekends, and on-call requirements
• Shifts:

  • 8 and 10 hour shifts (40 hours guaranteed weekly)
  • 3 twelve-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed weekly)
  • 4 twelve-hour shifts (48 hours guaranteed weekly)
• Daily Caseload: Approximately 28 patients per tech
• Floating: Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs
• Block Scheduling: Possible but not guaranteed
• Locals Accepted: Yes
• Pending State License: Accepted; application must be submitted immediately after offer
• Return to Orientation (RTO) Restrictions: No RTO within first 2 weeks; RTO must be less than one week

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Montana
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

• Weekend Coverage: Varies depending on staffing needs
• Charting System: Cerner
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital with 24-hour emergency care, full medical and surgical services, and a 71-bed skilled extended care facility
• Trauma Level: IV
• Total Staffed Beds: 25
• Dress Code: Any scrub color allowed (see dress code policy)

• Orientation safety manual acknowledgment required annually
• Various facility-specific documents must be reviewed and signed prior to start
• Fit mask testing will be completed onsite on the first day

This position is suitable for CT Technologists with at least 2 years of experience who are open to travel assignments and flexible scheduling including weekends and on-call duties. First-time travel techs are welcome to apply.
