Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Glendive, Montana

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Work schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, either 7pm-5am or 9pm-7am on Friday through Monday, with some call and holiday shifts if they fall on weekends.
• Call coverage includes gap hours between day and night shifts.
• Position requires experience with both CT and X-Ray; X-Ray only candidates will not be accepted.
• ARRT-CT certification is not required; ARRT-R certification is accepted.
• Daily caseload: Approximately 28 patients per tech.
• Floating within scope of practice may be required to meet facility needs.
• Locals and candidates with pending state licenses are accepted (license application must be submitted immediately after offer).
• Orientation requires no return to office (RTO) within the first 2 weeks; subsequent RTO must be less than one week.
• Guaranteed hours vary by shift pattern (36-48 hours weekly).

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Montana
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Facility Information

• Acute care hospital with 24-hour emergency services.
• Level IV trauma designation.
• 25 staffed beds.
• Charting system: Cerner.
• Free parking available.
• Dress code: Any scrub color (refer to dress code policy).

Additional Notes

• Candidates must review and sign facility-specific policies including confidentiality, emergency codes, and dress code prior to start.
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgment required annually.
• Agency contract certification form must be completed at least three business days before start date.
• Fit testing for masks will be completed onsite on the first day.

This position is suitable for CT Technologists with at least 2 years of experience who are comfortable working nights, weekends, and on-call shifts in an acute care hospital setting. First-time travel techs are welcome.
