Job Details

- Charting System: Epic (Epic experience is a hard requirement)
- Hospital Experience: Acute Care experience required (hard requirement)
- Prior Travel Experience: Required (hard requirement)
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one travel assignment as a CT Technologist
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
Compliance & Documentation Requirements
- Background Check: Must be completed within 90 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years. Includes SSN trace, death master index, sex offender registry, education verification, motor vehicle record (if home health), and state-specific abuse/neglect checks as applicable.
- Drug Testing: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start required. Instant drug screens acceptable with attestation.
- Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO, indicating fitness to work.
- Immunizations & Health Documents:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or declination accepted)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
- COVID vaccination record preferred (declinations accepted)
- Respirator Safety Clearance: Required annually for travel candidates; completed via virtual questionnaire.
- References: Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years in comparable specialty/setting.
- Employment Application: Must include at least last 5 years of employment with month/year format.
Scheduling & Work Conditions
- No floating between units
- One week of standby on-call required during contract
- No weekend or block schedule requirements
- Patient ratio expected to be 1:1

- Badge Photo: Passport-style photo with neutral background required
- Modules & Training: Completion of required regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS platform prior to start and annually thereafter.
- Float Policy: Acknowledgement required; may be asked to float to other nearby facilities within reasonable distance.
