Description
Job Opportunity: CT Technologist
Location: Pendleton, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a CT Technologist to work in the Radiology department specializing in Computed Tomography and X-ray imaging.
Work Schedule
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Days: Friday through Sunday
- No weekend rotation beyond these days
- No holiday or call/standby requirements
Department & Equipment
- Department has 1 scanner/room
- Imaging performed: CT and X-ray
- Average scans per shift: 5-10 CT scans and 10-20 X-rays during swing shift
- Equipment used: GE X-ray machines, Toshiba CT scanner
- EMR/PACS systems: Meditech EMR, McKesson PACS
- No floating or coverage of other areas required
- No IV starts required
- Radiologist available onsite until 5:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
Additional Information
- Department-specific orientation with checklist provided
- Scrub color: Black (scrubs not provided)
- No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRA) on staff
- Profile review and phone interview conducted by unit manager if recommended by clinical team
