Description
Registered Respiratory Therapist
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders.
- Work environment may require sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and intermittent ambulation throughout the day.
- May need to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Must have normal visual and auditory capabilities (with or without correction).
- Finger dexterity required to operate office equipment.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals possible.
- Communication required via face-to-face, phone, email, and other methods.
- Use of clinical software systems such as Epic and Pyxis.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (CRT not accepted).
- Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the specialty.
