Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Gloucester, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Must have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience after graduation (time during school before obtaining license does not count).
Proficiency in OASIS documentation is required.
No on-call responsibilities.
Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS rate.
Local candidates allowed at the same rate.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Home Health setting.
Proficiency with OASIS documentation.
