Job Opportunity: CT/X-Ray Technologist (Nights)

Location: Morristown, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to perform radiographs as requested by physicians.
Adjust technical factors based on patient and body part while minimizing radiation exposure.
Follow radiation safety practices.
Assume temporary responsibility for patients during x-ray procedures.
Operate portable equipment and C-arm.
Transport patients as needed.
Use hospital computer system and PACS system.
Perform clerical tasks related to imaging services.
Provide services that meet the psycho-social needs of the patient population.
Must perform CT scans.

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Vermont
Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Additional Information

Night shift position.
No indication that prior travel experience is required.
