Job Opportunity: CT Technologist
Location: Dallas, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Job Summary
Perform diagnostic quality CT imaging procedures safely and in accordance with guidelines set by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). Participate in various imaging technology tasks.
Shift: Nights, Wednesday through Saturday
Equipment Experience Preferred: GE and Toshiba/Canon CT scanners
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Certifications & Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background check within 90 days of start (7-year search).
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and ongoing every 30 days.
- Physical exam within one year of start.
- Drug testing: 10-panel within 90 days of start.
- Immunizations and titers required or declinations accepted for:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
- Measles (Rubeola)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Seasonal Flu vaccine or declination (year-round).
- Fit mask testing to be completed onsite within the first week of starting.
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray as applicable (CT techs exempt from TB requirement).
Additional Requirements
- Competency exams with passing scores required prior to start.
- Photo for badge required at least 8 days prior to start (white background).
- Completion of required facility-specific training modules by due date.
- References: Two references within the last 2 years showing at least 1 year in a comparable specialty; one must be supervisory within the last 12 months.
