Job Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: 1 holiday required
• Call Shifts: Up to 4 call shifts per contract
• Floating: Potential to float to nearby campuses
• Equipment Used: GE and PACS
• Scrub Color: Black

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with 1 year of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Background checks including 7-year criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG
• Education verification (official transcript acceptable)
• Physical exam within 2 months of start
• Fit mask test within 12 months prior to start (3M 1870+ model required)
• Immunizations and health documents:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (current)
  • Negative TB test (Qgold or TSPOT within 90 days) or chest X-ray if positive
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 vaccines or positive titer)
  • Hepatitis B (series, titer, or declination)
  • Varicella (2 vaccines or positive titer)
  • Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
• Drug screening: 10 panel (or 9 panel without THC) within 60 days prior to start
• References: 2 professional references within 2 years
• Work history verification: Minimum 1 year prior to start (New Jersey candidates)
• Facility-specific training modules to be completed prior to orientation

Additional Notes

• Pass/Fail Basic Dysrhythmia Exam required during orientation (one attempt only)
• Orientation includes safety manual acknowledgement and possible medication/pharmacology competency exams
• COVID-19 vaccine no longer required prior to start; medical/religious exemptions accepted with mask requirements
• Must be ready to return to office (RTO) upon submission

This position offers a structured travel contract with clear requirements for licensure, certifications, and health compliance, suitable for MRI Technologists with at least one year of experience.
