Registered Nurse - Home Care

Job Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40

Job Description

Position as a Registered Nurse case manager in a home care setting.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
Must meet all standard healthcare compliance requirements including: background check, drug screening, physical exam, immunizations (Hep B, MMR, TdaP, Varicella), TB screening (annual), and license verification.
Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
Competency exam and skills checklist completion required.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy.
Completion of core mandatory annual training.
Verification of education, employment, and references.
Various screenings including FACIS 3M, NURSYS, SAM sanction, OFAC sanction, and National Sex Offender and Predator Register search.
Fit mask test and color vision screening.
