RN Charge/Supervisor - Nursing Administration
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Position Details
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Charge/Supervisor
- Department: Nursing
- Shift: Days (7 AM - 7 PM)
- Weekly Hours: 36 (rotating weekends)
- On Call: No
- Float Requirements: Yes, may work on up to 4 different units
- Patient Population: Adult
- Number of Beds on Unit: 77
- Patient Ratio: 1:11
- Scrub Color: Navy
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- House Supervisor experience within the last year (0 years of experience acceptable)
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Psychiatric experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility
- Experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
- Skilled in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or similar entities

- No on-call requirements
- Parking available in outpatient area
- May be required to float across multiple units within the facility
