Job Details

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding Requirements

• Recent license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Completion of various professional forms including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure
  • Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
  • Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks
  • Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
  • System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
  • State-specific background checks if applicable (e.g., MA CORI for Massachusetts)
  • OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days

Additional Information

• Skills checklist will be provided by the agency for clinical contractors.
• All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to start.
• Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement for this position.

This position is suitable for CT Technologists who meet the licensure and certification requirements and can work the specified night shift on weekends for a 13-week contract. Compliance with comprehensive health, safety, and professional credentialing requirements is mandatory.
