CT Tech Position

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: Approximately 14 weeks (96 days)

Job Summary

Seeking a CT Tech proficient in operating CT equipment and knowledgeable in CT imaging techniques, protocols, and contrast administration. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of sectional anatomy, anatomic terminology, and positioning competency
• Proficiency in operating CT equipment and knowledge of CT imaging techniques and protocols
• Knowledge of contrast administration protocols, including contrast injector operation as applicable
• Ability to view, transfer, and manipulate electronic images
• Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to emergent patient situations
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with caregivers and patients
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and safe environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of CT experience
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting

Specialty Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience (based on preferred range, defaulting to higher value)

Prior Travel Experience

• Not specified / not required

Licensure

• Must hold a valid CT Tech license or certification as required by the state of Colorado
