Description
Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology (Contract)
Location: Chico, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (6:30 AM start), 8 or 10-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Job Description
- Provide nursing care within inpatient interventional radiology.
- May float to other radiology nursing areas as needed.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient care.
- Perform procedural sedation and manage patient recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Experience with procedural sedation and patient recovery.
- Experience using Epic EMR system.
Additional Information
- Must be a W-2 employee of the staffing agency.
- Flexibility to float to Med/Surg and Critical Care units as needed.
