Registered Nurse (RN) 24/7 AD/DIP

Work Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts: either 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Job Overview
- Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care
- Support professional nursing practice across various settings and the continuum of care
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care for assigned patients
- Provide leadership through preceptor roles, informal leadership, and quality improvement efforts
- Delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and resource availability
- Participate in committees or projects as needed
- Utilize excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching skills
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience within the last year
- Admission experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers, valid and not expiring within 3 months of start date
