Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Unit Overview

• Level III trauma center with 198 beds
• Services include medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth, cancer, nephrology, pediatrics, behavioral health, day surgery, imaging, and lab testing
• Trauma cases from Level I, II, and III are flown in
• Unit has 2 CT scanners at main campus and 1 at outpatient center
• Equipment includes GE CT scanners: 64 slice, 32 slice, and 16 slice
• Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
• Patient population: All ages

Position Details

• Role: CT / Radiologic Technologist
• Specialty: CT Imaging and general radiography
• Number of openings: 1
• Shift: Friday to Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 (all weekend hours)
• Call requirement: Yes, every Thursday night
• Float requirement: Yes, to radiology department

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New Mexico
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT (R)(CT) certification
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Experience with biopsies and CT drainage procedures
• Experience with GE Healthcare CT scanners
