Job Description

Position in an outpatient orthopedic clinic
Spine experience is highly preferred

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (pending license accepted)
Minimum 1 year of orthopedic nursing experience within the last year
Experience in outpatient and clinic settings
ACLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
