Description
Physical Therapist Job Opportunity
Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Physical Therapy
- Setting: Acute Inpatient and Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 8-10 patients treated per day
- Common Diagnoses/Patient Types: General orthopedics, neurology, BPPV, vestibular disorders, falls
- Shifts: Day shift, typically 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
- Hours per Week: Approximately 36 hours
- Weekend and holiday requirements: Weekend schedule will be specified; no holiday work required
- Orientation: Department-specific orientation including environment, processes, and EMR training
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Additional Information
- May work with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Aides
- Dress code currently has no specific scrub color requirement (subject to change)
