Description
CT Tech - Radiology (Travel Position)
Location: Pensacola, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Job Summary
- Backfill travel assignment for CT Tech position at an emergency services department.
- Shift coverage: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Unit has 15 beds with 24-hour coverage; typically one tech covers both X-ray and CT.
- Equipment used: GE imaging systems.
- Procedures include all CT exams, including CTA and perfusions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification
- CT Technologist Assessment
Additional Information
- Dress code: Black scrubs required.
- The unit is recognized as part of a 100 Top Hospital in 2023.
- ER staff and Ultrasound techs are available as resources on shift.
- Advanced skills in all CT procedures are needed.
