Description
Registered Nurse – Med Surg
Location: Bay City, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Medical-Surgical (Med Surg)
- Shift: Nights
- Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Schedule: 36/48-hour rotating schedule; must be flexible to work 48 hours when needed
- Float assignments: May float to Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as a task nurse
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Minimum 2 years of total travel nursing experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- No block scheduling
- Limited Return to Office (RTO)
- Facility guarantees a minimum of 36 hours per week
