Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Location: Rochester, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department (ED) with a patient ratio of approximately 5:1.
Work in a unit with 18 head walls and 10 halls.
Utilize GE equipment and document using the Expanse system.
Follow a variable staffing model with unit secretaries and tech availability.
Required to float to other units as needed.
Dress code: scrubs.
Flexible scheduling options available.
Work alongside tenured staff committed to mentoring and developing other nurses.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department (ED), including experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Certifications required:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
