Description
Physical Therapist - Inpatient
Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Employment Type: Contract Clinician
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 10-hour Days
Hours per Week: 40
Job Summary
- Evaluate and assess the needs of referred patients and develop treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services as outlined in treatment plans.
- Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, social workers, and adjusters.
- May supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.
- Perform various tasks requiring creativity and professional judgment.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Competent to meet age-specific needs of the assigned unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy.
- Current Idaho Physical Therapy License.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to maintain standing and/or sitting positions for extended periods.
- Use of typical clinical equipment.
